Chuck Baughman

Chuck Baughman is general manager for LaBarge’s Joplin, Mo., manufacturing facility. Baughman joined LaBarge in 2008 as Joplin’s assistant general manager. The electronics manufacturing operation produces complex cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and interconnect assemblies for a variety of defense and aerospace applications.

Prior to joining LaBarge, Baughman was chief operating officer of Siemens Manufacturing Company, Inc. Before that, Baughman served as general manager for several divisions of Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co., including Watlow Batavia and the Watlow Columbia Business Group.

Baughman earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
