Craig E. LaBarge

	Craig E. LaBarge Chief Executive Officer and President

Craig E. LaBarge has been chief executive officer and president for LaBarge, Inc. since 1991. Prior to his current position, Mr. LaBarge served for seven years as president of the company's former electronics division. He has held numerous positions during his nearly three decades with the corporation, including vice president of marketing and vice president and general manager of the company's electronics manufacturing operation in Tulsa, Okla. Mr. LaBarge was named to the company's board of directors in 1981.

Mr. LaBarge serves on the board of TALX Corp and U.S. Bank-St. Louis. He also is a member of the Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital board of governors.
