Doug Shifflett

Doug Shifflett is director of corporate quality for LaBarge, Inc. Shifflett directs LaBarge's quality initiatives and processes at a strategic level.

Shifflett joined LaBarge in 2008 with two decades of quality management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Shifflett joined LaBarge from Applied Materials, Inc., where he served most recently as senior supplier quality engineering manager and, before that, as quality manager. Previously, Shifflett was quality assurance manager for Hexcel Corp.

In addition to earning master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, Shifflett is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds several certifications from the American Society of Quality.
