William Bitner

William Bitner is vice president of operations for LaBarge, Inc. Bitner has direct oversight of LaBarge’s defense and government-oriented manufacturing operations.

Bitner has more than 20 years of experience with global companies in electronics and electromechanical manufacturing, with extensive work in both the commercial and defense aerospace markets. Before joining LaBarge, he was vice president and general manager for Burger Boat Company. Previously, Bitner was vice president and general manager of operations for engine maker Rolls-Royce Corporation. He also served in a variety of operations management and quality engineering positions for Honeywell/AlliedSignal.

Bitner holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Technology and Management from Arkansas State University. He has extensive training in lean manufacturing and quality assurance.
