LaBarge, Inc. became a public company through the merger of LaBarge Pipe & Steel (the corporation's predecessor company) and Dorsett Electronics, Inc. Common stock of LaBarge, Inc. was first entered for sale on the trading floor of the American Stock Exchange on Dec. 3, 1968.
